HI, WE ARE THE ECA
We believe that the world of esports needs more passionate coaches and places for kids to gather, form life-long friendships and pursue their passion for gaming. We want to empower you to start and operate your own esports program where screen time is also quality time!
OUR STORY
The ECA is founded by lifelong gamers and veteran sports and esports coaches. The ECA program is based on the methodology and approach to esports that has powered over 20 sustainable esports clubs built in Iceland over the past 4 years. These clubs now serve over 3% of all kids between the ages of 6 - 16 in the country.
The ECA Values are:

- In-Person - We train in person to form strong bonds and sharpen our communication skills
- Positivity - We reject toxicity and foster a positive, supportive and inclusive training environment
